This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Cricket Champions, including its associated mobile applications, owned and operated by MOROLY PRIVATE LIMITED, hereafter referred to as "Cricket Champions," "the Organization," "we," "us," and "our." By accessing and utilizing the Site and Applications, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of the Site and Applications immediately.
When using the services provided by Cricket Champions, users acknowledge and accept any changes made to the existing Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and usage policies by Cricket Champions. If a user disagrees with these modifications, Cricket Champions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the user's access to the services and features provided.
Cricket Champions reserves the right to establish general guidelines and restrictions, including the deactivation or deletion of user accounts, the removal of submitted content, and the implementation of general practices and restrictions.
In cases of user violation or improper use of Cricket Champions or its features, Cricket Champions reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access, deactivate or delete user accounts and information, and take legal or technical action as necessary.
Access to restricted areas and services on the Site and Applications may require users to register for an account. By applying for an account, users confirm the accuracy of all provided information. The Organization retains the right to refuse enrollment for any account under any circumstances.
Registered users must keep their account sign-in information confidential and refrain from disclosing it to third parties. Users agree to notify Cricket Champions promptly of any unauthorized use of their sign-in information or any other security breach. The Organization is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the user's failure to comply with this agreement.
To open an account, participate in skill games, or have the opportunity to win big, individuals must be at least 18 years old. Residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana are restricted from contest participation. Additionally, only Indian citizens are permitted to create accounts on Cricket Champions.
Users have various payment options available, including Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards (referred to as the "Virtual Payment Mode"). Users acknowledge that the processes and information related to Virtual Payment Modes are governed by agreements between users and relevant institutions. In case of any liability associated with Virtual Payment Modes, including fraudulent transactions, we bear no responsibility.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment issues arising from the transaction, or (c) transaction decline for any reason. Users recognize that the payment service we provide is not a banking or financial service. Cricket Champions reserves the right to modify fees associated with the Services without prior notice, and such changes are binding on users.
For users submitting withdrawal requests, it is advised to check their registered email for correspondence from Cricket Champions if the request is processed a few days after submission. Violations of Fair Play Terms may lead to user restrictions and the suspension of withdrawal requests. Users found in violation may be blacklisted, resulting in the denial of withdrawal requests. Processing of the withdrawal request would take between 5 to 7 business days.
Winners will be chosen based on predefined criteria by Cricket Champions. In cases where there are multiple pre-designated winners, the selection will be based on the order of their combined scores after the relevant round of the Contest.
Before the game begins, Cricket Champions will specify the number of winners and the corresponding winning amounts. In the event of a tie, winning participants will be declared joint winners, and winnings will be distributed equally among them.
Users must comply with Cricket Champions' terms and conditions to ensure Cricket Champions is not released from any obligation to pay winnings related to the use of its platform. If a player in the paid versions of the Contest(s) is identified as a resident of the mentioned Indian states, Cricket Champions reserves the right to disqualify that player and forfeit any accrued winnings.
In cases where both users in a head-to-head competition have identical teams with the same players, captain, and vice-captain, no winner will be announced. The entry fees for both users will be reimbursed to their Cricket Champions user accounts.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any ongoing Contest(s) at any time if deemed necessary to comply with governmental, statutory, or regulatory requirements, approvals, or if the Contest(s) are found to be unlawful or prohibited by law. Users of Cricket Champions services agree to refrain from taking legal action arising from such cancellations or withdrawals. No person who is an employee, director, affiliate, relative, or family member of Cricket Champions is eligible to enter any Contest.
The company (or its licensors) maintains complete ownership and exclusive rights to the Site and Apps, including graphics and content. Users do not acquire any ownership titles or interests in these rights.
Users acknowledge that accessing and utilizing the features offered by Cricket Champions is done willingly and at their own risk. By doing so, users agree not to hold Cricket Champions accountable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, deaths, or property loss during access to the features, including participation in the Contests or as a result of accepting any winnings.
The Company retains the authority to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Applications, without notice and without refund, at its sole discretion, for violations of these terms or any misuse of the Site or Applications. In case of multiple violations, the Company may take action against all associated accounts. The Company also reserves the right to remove the Site and Applications at any time without assuming liability for any resulting loss or damage.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that specific provision will be modified or removed, while the remaining terms will remain valid to the extent permitted by law.
The Organization's failure to enforce any obligation under these terms or exercise its rights or remedies does not constitute a waiver. The Organization's waiver of one default does not waive subsequent defaults. No waiver by the Organization of your obligations under these agreements is valid unless expressly stated in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is made, we will provide notice on the Site or Apps or by sending you an email. By continuing to access or use the Site/ Apps after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, please stop using the Site/ Apps.
